Quatre is able to sense/read the emotions of others and from that if there is a very strong connection between them can possibly glean something closer to thoughts. In game he normally has his empathic shielding up, but will use his abilities when he thinks it can help. Unless its an emergency situation though, he'll try to explain his abilities, and ask the person in question if its alright. He is also capable of projecting his own emotions to others he has strong emotional connections with.

Let me know if its alright for Q to read your character's emotions or not!

Just throwing this here. I'm good with Quatre using it on all my characters pretty much. Just make sure to give me a heads up before hand. ^^

On specifics, Apollo's an open book. Quatre would be able to send him telepathic messages from a longer range than usual, he's so open. He just can't reply.

With Jio, it would be a Very Bad Idea, assuming Quatre can get any kind of depth in his empathy, but there's nothing actually stopping him. Except a healthy fear of psychological damage.

Iskandar's weak Magic Resistance might make it harder, but if that affected empathy it would just mean that Quatre would have to intentionally try to read him rather than passively receive his emotions.

Stargazer... yeah... I have no idea. I've been assuming it has a soul, since it has a few emotions?

One caveat/warning: Unlikely this would ever happen, as the odds of them sharing a strong connection aren't good, but he never wants to get a reading off of Xellos. Gleaning something like that off a Mazoku is probably enough to trigger another Wing Zero Incident, if you know what I mean. ;P
